Why Marie Law Pilates?
I began attending Pilates myself due to lower back pain from herniated discs.  Due to this experience I'm very aware of the benefits of Pilates for rehabilitation and also very keen to make sure that my clients learn to do the exercises correctly and safely at the appropriate level.

The classes I run myself are limited to max. 12 participants.  This allows for individual attention and so that I can get to know each clients injuries or limitations, if they have any.  Due to COVID guidelines for hygiene I can no longer provide equipment in classes. If you decide to attend classes regularly I would recommend purchasing the following.
  • Resistance Band
  • Head Cushion
  • Small Ball
**I would of course advise on what & where to buy,

I have been teaching Pilates since early 2016 after initially completing an accredited UK Level 3 Pilates Matwork Diploma with Intelligent Fitness.

Qualifications
Jan 2016 - Level 3 Diploma Pilates Mathwork (CQF)
Sept 2016 - APPI Certificate Pilates for Runners
Aug 2017 - APPI Pilates for Ante & Post Natal Clients
Aug 2018 - Level 3 Adapting Exercise for Ante & Post Natal Clients
Oct 2018 - APPI Pilates for Scoliosis
Apr 2019 - APPI Pilates for Osteoporosis
Oct 2020 -
Buff Bones®
Nov 2020 - Level 3 Exercise Referral
March 2023 - APPI Comprehensive Equipment
(Reformer, Cadillac, Chair & Arc Barrel)

I look forward to meeting you on the Mat - Marie
Important Information
It's best that Pilates is practised regularly as we generally build on what was learned the week before to increase the challenge and so that it becomes part of your lifestyle.

Blocks are usually 6 weeks with one week break then another 6 weeks and so on.

Payment is for the whole block and for a regular place in a class. However if you are unable to attend one of your regular classes then you can come along to another of my classes which suits your schedule that week.

Costs for a 6 week block of In-person classes is £66.  Payable online or by BACS on or before the 1st session in the block.
